1. Information We Collect

When you join the ChangeIQ waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and the role you select. We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL) when you visit the site.

Once you become a ChangeIQ user, we collect data you send to our API — including change event records (deployment metadata, timestamps, environment tags) — in order to provide the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To send you a waitlist invite and onboarding communications.
• To operate and improve the ChangeIQ service.
• To respond to support requests sent to hello@changeiq.io.
• To understand how visitors use the site (via Google Analytics, which anonymizes IP addresses).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Waitlist signups are stored in Cloudflare KV (US region). Email communications are managed via Mailchimp. Change event data sent through the ChangeIQ API is stored in our cloud infrastructure and is logically isolated per account.

4. Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies to understand aggregate site traffic. We use Cloudflare Turnstile (a privacy-preserving bot protection tool) on our waitlist form — it does not track you across sites. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@changeiq.io. Waitlist subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
