By accessing changeiq.io or using the ChangeIQ service (including joining the waitlist or using the API), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ChangeIQ is operated by ChangeIQ ("we", "us", "our").

2. Early Access

ChangeIQ is currently in private early access. Access is granted at our sole discretion. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue access at any time without notice. Early access is provided free of charge; pricing will be communicated before any paid tier is introduced.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ChangeIQ to:

  • Transmit unlawful, harmful, or malicious content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the service.
  • Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all change event data and other content you send to ChangeIQ. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The ChangeIQ name, logo, product, and all associated software are owned by ChangeIQ. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or intellectual property beyond what is required to use the service as intended.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChangeIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
